Silver Package

Has your venue required you to have a Day Of Planner? This is the event coverage that meets the requirement most venues are now asking couple to satisfy  -- and so much more! This is also the package that keeps it simple for the hands on couple who wants to have a day of event manager only and may be having a smaller sized event.  We will manage your wedding rehearsal for you. We can give you two hours of run through along with some helpful tips and general etiquette for your wedding party. That also gives us time to meet everyone. We can then also be your “day of” wedding coordinator, keeping everyone to a timeline that you approve. We will be there to cover you from the beginning of the day until the last vendor loads out. (In order to be successful, we will need you to give us your vendor contacts and contracts ahead of time, so we can become familiar with your plans.) We will be your liaison for all vendors on the day of event.  This includes:  

  • Verifying ahead of the wedding day that all vendors have proper licensing.

  • Advising you on traditional etiquette, as needed.

  • Directing your wedding rehearsal and prepping your wedding party on what their job duties are.

  • Preparing an event timeline for your approval and directing your event accordingly.

  • Meeting and assisting all vendors upon their arrival on your wedding day.

  • We provide (1) on-site coordinator for your entire wedding day.

  • Help with minor set up elements like the guest table, gift table or tables for caterers.

  • Keeping the wedding and wedding party on time for photos and the processional and / or adjusting times as needed.

  • Having the full Bridal Emergency Kit on hand.

  • Helping transition the room into the reception, as requested.

  • Distributing checks or tips to your officiant and vendors at the end of the night.

Price for this package $1300 (2 equal payments)


Gold Package

This package is best for couples who want to do some DIY, and book many of the elements themselves, but then want to turn the details over to us to organize and supervise.  We make it possible for you to focus on family, friends and getting married. This package is also extremely valuable for events anticipating attendance greater than 100. Beginning 4-6 weeks out from your wedding day, Jennifer will meet with you to gather all of your contracts, details and wishes together. She will make sure everything that you’ve booked is in order and that nothing has been overlooked. You will have booked many of your vendors at this time. We  will be happy to verify their licensing and negotiate any final deals on your behalf. We can also help you with any payment reminders. We will create a one month to-do list for the couple and discuss creative reception ideas. In addition:

  • We will conduct up to 3 site visits to your venue(s) as needed, and advise accordingly.

  • You can contact us anytime during this time period and expect prompt (and often hilarious!) replies.

  • We can assist you with any last minute honeymoon planning!

  • We will be your event point person, ready to reply to all vendors and family members regarding the event. Have a great idea in the middle of the night? Just shoot us an email and we'll be on it!

  • We will review all contracts with your vendors and confirm their final pricing. We will alert you to any changes or concerns in the agreements.

  • We will recommend and vet any vendors you may still be needing.

  • We can advise you on traditional etiquette, as applicable.

  • We can help you finalize your seating and organize table arrangements.

  • We can help you book your bartending staff and create signature cocktails or mocktails.

  • We can help you to plan a creative and personalized reception and organize its timeline.

  • We will sit down with you or your family the week before the event and review ceremony and reception timelines.

  • We can assist your out-of-town guests with their personal flights and accommodations.

  • The week of your wedding, we will drop off or pick up any items needed at the ceremony site.

  • We will direct your wedding rehearsal.

  • We can help you to book any transportation needed between the ceremony and reception, as well as your transportation at the end of the night.

  • We will provide (1) event manager AND (1) assistant on site for your entire wedding day, to direct the event, work with vendors, and keep the wedding and wedding party on time. They will be there until the last vendor loads out.

  • For your wedding day, we will create and distribute:

    • a vendor timeline, confirming all deliveries & pick ups

    • a ceremony timeline

    • reception timeline

  • We can help design wedding programs, and recommend a vendor, if desired.

  • We will meet all vendors upon arrival and manage their set up and clean up.

  • Helping with minor set up elements like the guest table, gift table or tables for caterers.

  • We will have the full Bridal Emergency Kit on hand.

  • We will direct the flow of your ceremony and respond to any last minute needs.

  • We will then work hands-on with your reception DJ or band, emcee and other vendors to make sure the reception runs as planned and maintains a festive atmosphere.

  • We will distribute any checks or tips to the officiant and vendors on your behalf and assist with the departure from the reception, as needed.

Diamond Package

This is a full service package with many perks and lots of support. It is an ideal package for a couple that already has a busy schedule and life and doesn't want to be thrown into the very complex world of vendors and checklists. M & M will save you a lot of time, stress and very often money, because we already have vendor relationships and we already know what needs to be done! With this package, you are probably 6-12 months out from your wedding, though it certainly may be more or less. You may have the wedding and reception location(s) booked or at least targeted, and now it's time to start getting quotes from vendors and creating the rest of the plan. You want it done your way, but you need help getting it done. We will want to meet with you as soon as possible to begin talking about themes, colors, budgets, menu, vendor options and brainstorming your event. We also want to learn about who you are as a couple, so that we can create unique spins on reception activities like the first dance, the bouquet toss, and the cutting of the cake.  If you are coming to the Nashville area as a destination wedding, with this package we have you covered and can meet with vendors on your behalf.

 Miles & Milestones will give you:

  • Unlimited contact with Jennifer via email, phone or text.

  • After discussion on your preferences, we can book visits at up to 6 potential venue sites with (or for) you, within a 150 mile range of the Nashville area. (If the venue needs to extend further, or if this is a destination wedding, that is NO problem. We will just need to discuss additional expenses to offset travel and time.)

  • We will provide you with a cost / benefit evaluation on each venue.

  • Once booked, we can make up to 4 site visits to your venue to manage or review event details.

  • We will provide you with a list of recommended vendors for you to review and contact. We can also track down new vendors that interest you. OR

  • We can contact them all for you and simply give you quotes to review and approve or decline.

  • We will work with you to create a workable budget and advise you on typical expenses and the typical costs in this area, as needed.

  • We will accompany OR represent the couple to event or vendor meetings, upon request.

  • We will review all contracts and proposals and provide you with professional notes and suggestions, seeking to save you money whenever possible.

  • We will confirm each vendor’s specific services and provide you with payment reminders.

  • We will suggest wedding insurance carriers so that your event can be insured properly.

  • We will help contract local bartenders and suggest signature cocktails or mocktails for your event.

  • We can help you to plan a creative and personalized reception and organize its timeline for you.

  • We can help you locate and hire a suitable makeup artist and / or hairstylist for the wedding day.

  • We can assist you with your honeymoon planning, from flights to hotels, cruises or adventures!

  • We will give you a complimentary honeymoon registry page!

  • We can assist your out-of-town guests with their personal flights and accommodations.

  • We will sit down with you or your family the week before the event and review all timelines.

Platinum Package

This is a package for the couple that enjoys concierge service. With this package, we will listen intently to your dreams, mock up the designs and gather the bids and options together for you, while you simply say yes, no -- or almost. If you want your event attentively managed from start to finish, this is the one. You will be able to focus on friends and family while we handle every detail. Let us learn about who you are as a couple, so that we can create unique spins and special touches on reception activities like the first dance, the bouquet toss, and the cutting of the cake.This is also the right package if your event is very formal or very large, or if you are seeking a wedding of a certain discretion and prestige. We will make certain that your VIP’s are given plenty of TLC. With this package, we will have all of that - and more -  covered!

  • Unlimited site visits (If this involves travel in excess of 150 miles, we will simply work out additional costs)

  • We can provide you with a list of our preferred vendors and can make contact with them on your behalf.

  • We will schedule cake and catering tastings for you.

  • We will accompany you to vendor meetings upon request-- or take those meetings for you.

  • We will review all vendor contracts and supply you with notes and suggestions.

  • We will assist you with selecting your Save Dates and Invitations and advise you on their etiquette and timing.

  • We can distribute hotel gift bags, maps, and local info to your VIP guests upon arrival.

You may ask, why do I need a wedding coordinator?

The question is valid, and the answers are simple:

* We do this every day. We know the players, and they know us. We can help you avoid booking the DJ who plays elevator music or the hotel with paper thin walls.

* We can get discounts you can't get, because we are, technically, "repeat" customers. The vendors may not know you yet, but they do know us and that gives us negotiating power.

*We know what these things SHOULD cost and can advise you properly. You may want to focus more on food, or flowers, and we will have your back on that. But we can also give you realistic advise on how your decisions may affect other aspects of the day.

*We enjoy our work and in discovering the "easter eggs" of events and travel. If we know a tip, we will share it with you!

When it comes to travel, we can create personalized packages for you, based on things you like to do. We also can help you sift through the glut of information out there to find the right balance between price and value.
